Sites Down.

FH-Dave has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - Sites Down! - in the Shared Hosting (H-Sphere) forum of Fluid Hosting Forums.

Here is the message that has just been posted:

My fault for not being online when I should.

I have restarted the web2 server.

In case anybody wonders, the instability seems to have caused by FreeBSD 5.4 + Apache.
It's not only with web2, but we are seeing it with other unix web servers as well.
This is the first time that windows servers can be a lot more stable that unix.

After many works and consultations, we still could not figure out the reason why.
We may take the last resort to switch back to FreeBSD 4.11.

All downtime has been recorded and at the end of the month an email
will be sent to everybody for SLA credit reimbursement.

My sincerest apoloy :(
